He is survived by: his wife Pamela S. Dale; his daughter Misty Flewelling (Phil); his siblings, James Montgomery of Valley Falls, Bobby Montgomery of Valley Falls and Deanna Bernauer; and his grandchildren, Bailey, Brooke Flewelling and Jeffery Montgomery.
