He was predeceased by: his parents, George Heier and Barbara Heier (Zerr); and his siblings, Joe Heier, Josie West (SE), Katie Heier and Jenny Pfeifer (Albert).
He is survived by: his wife Rosella Rieth of Hoxie, Kansas; his children, Mark Heier (Lorie) of Grainfield, Roger Heier (Stephanie) of Grainfield, Kansas, Lori Luman (Charlie) of Wichita, Barbara Lytle (Tim) of Walden and Amy Oelke (Steve) of Ellinwood, Kansas; and his sister-in-law Louella Heier. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
