With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Marilyn Dee (Treu) Rogers (Hoxie, Kansas), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Marilyn Dee left this world on February 3, 2025 at the age of 77, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Willard Treu and Betty Treu (Liester); her husband James R Rogers; her children, Brooke Hill and Brent (Jodi Rogers); her grandchildren, Paiton, Kinley Rogers and Quinlynn Hill; and her sisters, Shelley Nondorf (Bill) of Hoxie and Carole Clark (Pete) of Parker. She was also cherished by nieces & nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mickey-Leopold Funeral Home (1024 Sheridan Ave, Hoxie, KS 67740). A rosary was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church (924 17th St, Hoxie, KS 67740).
Memorial donations can be made to Sheridan County Community Foundation, PO Box 445, Hoxie KS 67740, in creation of the Rogers Family Fund with funds received in Marilyn's memory to be granted to the Hoxie CYO.
