He is survived by: his wife Eileen Sample; his daughters, Deb Micek (Tim) and Dianne Wyrick (Mike); his granddaughters, Jenna Wyrick (Tyler Samuelson) and Kayla Wyrick; his sister Donna McClain; and his sister-in-law Barb Sample. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of friends and relatives.
