He was predeceased by: his parents, W. Burl Gillum and Dorothy M. Rall-Coon; his stepfather Robert N. Coon; and his stepbrother Gary G. Coon. He is survived by: his former wife Donna Strickland-Gillum of Burlington, CO.; his children, Angie Gillum (Daniel) of Johnstown, CO. and Trey Gillum (Joleen) of Martinton, Illinois; his granddaughters, Ashley Gillum and Jaycie Cardenas; his great grandchild Kynzly Cardenas of Westliffe; and his siblings, Deb Crouch (Craig) of Goodland, KS and Gary Gillum (Clara) of Hoxie, KS.. He is also survived by many great-aunts and uncles, nieces, nephews.
