He was predeceased by: his mother Marilyn Carder (Weeks); and his grandparents, Ralph and Rose Carder. He is survived by: his father Ross Carder of Olathe, Colorado; his daughters, Megan and Hailey of Hoxie, Kansas; his wife Jackie; and his sister Jennifer Carder of Hoxie, Kansas. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to The College Fund of Megan and Hailey Carder.
