He was predeceased by: his parents, Phil Gallagher and Mary Gallagher (Taylor); his wife Joyce Gallagher (Jacob); his children, Stan Gallagher, Maryln Roger and David Gallagher; his sister Emma Helen Ochs; his siblings-in-law, Charlene Friedel, Betty Jacob, Ann Jacob, Clare Jacob and Clem Ochs; and his great grandchildren, Dustin Rietcheck and Dalton Garrison.
He is survived by: his daughters, Leanna Sloan (Tom) of Hoxie, Ladonna Joslyn (Mark) of Hoxie and Mary Dumler (Alex) of Hoxie; his daughters-in-law, Rosie Gallagher of Holcomb, KS and Bea Albers of Oakley, Kansas; and his brothers-in-law, Dale Jacob of Deerfield, KS and Loyal Jacob Jr.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
