He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Edward and Ruth Margaret Hebb (Hawkins); his siblings, Irene Floyd and Billie Joe Hebb; his siblings-in-law, Ray Floyd, Clifford Reddick and Donna Hebb; his nephew Dirk Reddick; his great-niece Allie Marshall; and his close friend Juanita Moore.
He is survived by: his siblings, Blenda Reddick of Wichita, John Hebb (Andi) of Moline, Karen Indermill (Rodney) of Edmond and Carl Hebb of Wichita, Kansas; and his stepchildren, Kevin Gumfory, Jody Gumfory, Travis Gumfory, Stephanie Large and Jason Gumfory. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren; and many friends.
Memorials are suggested to the Elk County Community Foundation - Howard Projects which may be left with or sent to the funeral home.
