She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph Bartel and Ellen Fern Bartel (Weinbrenner); and her husband John Dodds. She is survived by: her children, John Dodds (Linda), Kent Dodds (Danielle) and Lori Brown of Wichita, KS; her granddaughter Kari Windholz Christopher Slater (Terayn Amanda Dodds); her great grandchildren, Jesse, Kolby, Lexi and Gage; and her brother Lonnie Bartel.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made in Sheila's name to the Kansas Humane Society and can be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
