He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Winn and Genevieve Winn (Cox). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Rader of Piedmont, KS.; his children, Gail Moore (Mike), Debbie Winn and Ted Winn of Howard, KS; and his grandchildren, Tamara, Curtis, Angie, Megan, Chelsea, Carroll and Heath. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in Bob's name can be made to the Howard United Methodist Church and can be mailed to or left with the funeral home.
