Vinette of Howard, Kansas, born in Winfield, Kansas, who passed away on January 12, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrel H. Vinette and Helen Thornton; his brothers, Darrel and Robert Vinette; his brother-in-law Mike Elliott; and his son-in-law Stuart "Matt" Parris.
He is survived by: his wife Jane L. Vinette; his daughter Rachael Vinette Parris; his granddaughter Elizabeth "EJ" Parris; his sisters, Mary Elliott, Jeanne Bjorklund and Janet Vinette; his niece Ann Marie Riccomini; and his nephews, Danny Stauffer, Mark Stauffer, Jonathan Stauffer and Taylor Lapardo.
In lieu of flowers, you can donate in Rex's name to the NRA (National Rifle Association) or Shawnee County Helping Hands Humane Society in Topeka, and they may be mailed to or left with the funeral home.
