She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Preston and Hazel Preston (Greenwood); and her brothers, Dean Preston and Orvan Preston. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Salisbury; and her siblings, Frederick Preston (Dorothy), Dennis Preston (Sharon Cowden) of Wichita, KS, Dorothy Walta, Ruth Preston, Sue Wacker (Marty) and Numerous. She is also survived by Numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions can be made in Norma's name to the First Baptist Church in Howard, and can be mailed to or left with the funeral home.
