He was predeceased by: his mother Brenda McPherson. He is survived by: his father John Hernandez of Moline Kansas; his wife Christina Wiseman-Hernandez; his children, Jazmin (Ethan Folks) of Colorado Springs, Leif (Madison Diaz) of Washington, DC and Trystan; his parents-in-law, Randy and Patty Wiseman of Howard; his brother Charlie; his sister-in-law Sherry Wiseman of Latham, Kansas.; and his uncle James Hernandez.
In lieu of flowers the J. Manuel Hernandez Memorial Fund has been set up in care of Countryside Funeral Home Funeral Home.
