He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Eugene Sr. and Lillie Fern Slinkard (Parsons). He is survived by: his father-in-law Raymond Leroy Ivie; his wife Cindy; his children, Shaunda Holden of Haysville, KS, Joshua Slinkard (Crystal) of Augusta, KS and Stefanie Bieberle (Roger) of Derby, KS; his grandchildren, Tyler, Christopher, Lauren, Steven, Sydney and Ashlin; his great grandchild Axel; his pet Wilson; his sisters, Debbie, Dianna, Sharon and Melissa (Carl); and his parents-in-law, Betty, Tammy (Paul), Georgia (Kevin) and Bill. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces/nephews.
Memorial contributions, recommended by Flyin' 3 Vet Clinic can be made to the Chautauqua County Animal Shelter in honor of Wilson, and can be mailed to or left with the funeral home.
