He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Charles and Zetta Burris Webster; his son Rickey Cochran; and his brothers, Daniel Webster, James Webster and John Webster.
He is survived by: his former wife Doris J. O'Neal; his children, Candice Schmitt (Doug) of Horton, Sandra Martin (Darrell) of Holton, Rhonda Toth of Horton, Thresa Bontrager (Russell) of Netawaka, Kansas, Jay Cochran (Becky) of Holton and Dan Webster (Beth) of Topeka, Kansas; and his brother Tom Webster of Whiting, Kansas. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
Memorials may be made to the Bill Webster memorial fund to be designated later and may be sent in care of the mortuary.
