He is survived by: his former wife Martha Todd; his wife Marty Mercer; his daughter Milissa Mercer of Cheyenne, Wyoming; his stepchildren, JoAnn Jenkins of Toledo, Ohio, Allen Jenkins of Sedalia and Aaron Jenkins of Hiawatha, Kansas; and his siblings, Marianne Mercer of Dodge City, Kansas, David Mercer of Wichita, Dean Mercer of Horton and Jerry Mercer of Eudora, Kansas. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
