She was predeceased by: her parents, John Earl and Olive Pearl Barnthson (Brenner); her husband Fred Garnett; her children, John Frakes and Linda Phillips; and her grandson Cody Chama.
She is survived by: her son Roy "Rusty" Frakes (Jeanne); her grandchildren, Amanda Cheek (Anthony Murdock) and Russell Frakes (Brijida Hughes); her stepgrandson Branden Thomas (Leala); and her great grandchildren, Brent Middleton, Zaevian Murdock, Azaylia Murdock, Terry Snyder, Harley Snyder, Robert Snyder, Jalyn Wright, Lennon Smith, Micaiah Thomas, Chenoa Thomas, Torben Thomas and Sloan Thomas. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
