He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Lockwood and Grace Lockwood (Brown); his children, Leon Lockwood and Cathy Sands; his daughter-in-law Joyce Lockwood; his great grandchild Carsyn Sabrina Lowe; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Willis, Jack Willis, R. C. Streeter, Jody Streeter, Justine Willis and Charlene Willis.
He is survived by: his wife Mary "Jane" Willis; his children, Tom Lockwood of Hiawatha, Kansas and Susie Lednicky of Horton, Kansas; his son-in-law Mike Sands of Fort Worth, Texas; and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Willis of Kansas City, Missouri and Zelma Willis of Sabetha, Kansas. He is also survived by five grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
