He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Ross and Mary Ross (Bissing); his wife Wilma Ross (Lierz); his son Joseph Lawrence; and his siblings, Laurita Pranger, Rollin and Robert.
He is survived by: his children, Louann Olley (Kevin) of Chattanooga, Tennessee, Barbara McClain of Everest, Dennis Ross (Lynda) of Horton, Tim Ross (Jana) of Horton, Tom Ross (Puerto Rico) of Palmer, David Ross (Molly) of Clinton, Washington, Kathy Brox (Kevin) of Overland Park and Rich Ross (Susan) of Sitka, Alaska.; and his brother Larry. He is also survived by many sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Leo's Cemetery Committee, NEK Home Health and Hospice, or the Horton Fish and Game Club and may be sent in care of the mortuary.
