He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Thomas and Carole Coots. He is survived by: his mother Courtney Gaddis (Coots); his stepfather Justin Gaddis of Horton, Kansas; his brothers, Nicholas Hewitt of Horton, Kansas, Ronald Widman of Horton, Kansas and Maverick Widman of Horton, Kansas; and his grandparents, David Coots of Horton, Kansas and Amelia Montano of Wichita. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Memorials may be made to the Matthew Coots memorial fund to be designated later and may be sent in care of the mortuary.
