She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer J. Willis and Katherine Guier Willis; her children, Leon Lockwood and Cathy Sands; her daughter-in-law Joyce Lockwood; and her siblings, Jody Streeter and Jim Willis.
She is survived by: her husband Leon Lockwood; her children, Susie Lednicky of Horton, Kansas and Tom Lockwood of Hiawatha, Kansas; her brothers, Jack Willis (Zelma) of Texas and Jerry Willis (Charlene) of Kansas City, Missouri; and her son-in-law Mike Sands. She is also survived by five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
