She was predeceased by: her parents, Mervin Sullivan and Nancy Lewis Sullivan; her husband Bobby Lindsey; her daughter Rose Ann Lindsey; and her grandson Mekhi Boone.
She is survived by: her children, Hunter Sullivan of Horton, Kansas, Michola Sullivan (Chris Talbot) of Horton, Kansas, Naomi Boone of Iowa, Stormie Boone of Arizona and Montana Grey of Arizona; and her siblings, Sean Sullivan of Oklahoma, Scott Sullivan of Oklahoma, Cindy Boone of Arizona and Amy Lacy (Tony) of Horton.
Memorials may be made to the Lori Lindsey memorial fund to be designated later and may be sent in care of the Dishon-Maple-Chaney Mortuary in Horton, Kansas.
