She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Riggs and Frances Leonard Riggs; her brothers, Thomas Riggs and Michael Riggs; her stepsons, Milton "Charlie" Siard and Thomas Fredrick Siard; and her son-in-law Mike Focht.
She is survived by: her daughter Vickie Focht (Jason Patterson) of St. Joseph, Missouri; her stepchildren, William "Pete" Siard of Winthrop, Dorothy Carney (Mike) of Atchison, Betty DeRooij (Peter) of Atchison and James Siard (Becky) of Doniphan, Kansas; her siblings, James Riggs (Bev) of Georgia and Sarah Riggs of Texas; her sister-in-law Penny Riggs of Kokomo, Indiana; and her grandchildren, Ashlee Siard of Shawnee, Keith Cody Focht of St. Joseph, Belinda Edwards of Bottom, Shelby Patterson and Pippy Patterson. She is also survived by numerous other grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
