He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Frakes and Cosetta Frakes (Delzeit); and his wife Rose Cox. He is survived by: his former wife Violet Barnthson; his children, Rusty Frakes (Jeanne) of Everest, KS, Flori Hicks of Marysville, KS and Cosetta Frakes; his siblings, Bill Frakes of Manhattan, KS and Clara Horn of Atchison; and his children, John Frakes and Linda Phillips. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and 23 great grandchildren, two great great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.
