He is survived by: his wife Etta Mae; his children, Debbie Selland (Stan), Janet Sauber (Keith), Darrin Matthias (Amy), Tim Matthias (Janet) and Tod Matthias (Kassie Fedrick); his grandchildren, Melissa Mitchell (Andrew), Josh Selland (Sarah), Rachel Selland (Cody Holaday), Jena Schoenhofer (Shane), Cole Sauber (Amber Daveline), Drew Matthias (Lindsay), Brent Matthias (Carissa), Jordan Matthias (Reba), Noah Matthias (Kismet Bowsher), Eli Matthias, Emily Matthias, Tyler Matthias, Tanner Matthias, Mason Matthias and Gracie Matthias; his siblings, Ruth Corkran and Garry Matthias (Dee); and also Bill Rodvelt.
