She is survived by: her husband Joseph Middleton Jr.; and her children, Deanna Middleton Frock (Kelly) of Humboldt, Iowa, Joseph Middleton III (Leta) of Horton, David Lee Middleton (Janet) of Horton and Daniel A. Middleton of Sioux City, Iowa. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.
