It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Renner Stringer of Horton, Kansas, born in Alexandria, Minnesota, who passed away on June 17, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Renner and Kathryn Augustine Renner; her husband Stanley G. Stringer; her son Patrick; her grandchildren, Nicole and Corey; her sister Theresa; her brother-in-law Otto Schnellbacher; her brothers, Jerry Renner and Walter; and her sister-in-law Jody Renner.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Robert Stringer (Debbie), Kathryn Hosfelt (Mike), Tom Stringer (Jeanette), Dr. John Stringer (Talisa), Joseph Stringer, Michael Stringer and Rose Cuellar (Sam); and her sisters-in-law, Linda Renner, Julie Stringer and Arlene Stringer. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
