He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lowe and Ruth Lowe (Robinson) of Powhattan, KS.. He is survived by: his sons, Mike Lowe (Jill) of Atchison and Scott Lowe (Debby) of Horton; his granddaughters, Jayme Lowe, Mikayla Lowe, Camryn Lowe and Kelcie Lowe; and his siblings, Tommy Lowe (Debby) of Wichita and Mary Jansen of Horton.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Claytonville Cemetery, the Camp Geiger Maintenance Fund (PEC) or the Horton Fire Department.
