He was predeceased by: his son Jason F. Mills; and his sister Delores Fevurly. He is survived by: his wife Roxie Mills (Hooper); his daughter Debra Babe Johnson (Norman); his great grandchildren, Francis F. Mills, Otis T. Mills and Nicholis R. Mills; and his sisters, Darlene Nelson and Carolyn Conway (Bill). He is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews.
