He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Mueller and Pearl Lindholm Mueller; his children, Douglas Mueller II and Melanie Spicer; and his brothers, George, Andrew and Robert Mueller.
He is survived by: his children, Daniel Spicer of Lincoln, Nebraska, Kristy Cisneroz of Taft and Debra Mueller of Great Bend, Kansas; and his brother Edwin Mueller of Herington, Kansas. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
