He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Sullivan and Grace Howland Sullivan; his siblings, Mervin Sullivan, Ray Sullivan and Kathy Boaz (Vivian Sullivan); and his sisters-in-law, Lavonne Sullivan and Linda Sullivan.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Garmany (Allen), Tom Sullivan (Mary) and Chris Sullivan (Shelly).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are requested and may be made to Freedom Friday A.A. of the 1st Christian Church or NEK Multi County Hospice, Horton, Kansas and can be sent in care of the Dishon-Maple-Chaney Mortuary in Horton, Kansas.
