He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Francois Moss and Lillian Elizabeth Moss (Dankmeyer); and his siblings, Gerald Smith, Frederick Smith, John Smith, Robert Moss of Wisconsin, Leroy Moss of Nebraska, Leona Popp (Smith) of Wisconsin and Betty Balderas (Moss) of Arizona.
He is survived by: his sisters, Shirley Falk (Moss) and Peggy Jost (Moss) of Wisconsin; his children, Arthur Jr., Robert (Debra), Emma and Lori; and his grandchildren, Chasity (Francis), Christopher, Jenna, Indio, Lisa (John), Brian (Marni), Carrie, Michael (Christina), Brittany (Erick), Amanda (Greg), Brandon, Adam (Jessica), Maryah and Shania. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild as well as many nieces and nephews.
