He was predeceased by: his mother Jo Lynne "Jody" Bryant (Riffel); and his grandparents, Clarence, Ann Bryant, Harvey and Ruth Riffel.
He is survived by: his father Phil Bryant (Chris) of Corpus Christi, Texas; his children, Chelsea Deges (Ian) of Ensign, Kansas and Shelby (Trenton); his brother Cary Bryant (Beth) of Hope, Kansas.; his niece Kristy Stover (Jamie) of Abilene; his great-nieces and great-nephews, MaKenna, Klovis and Tripp; his cousin Roberta Elliot (Blake) of Hope; his aunts, Clarice Shumaker of Kansas City and Jan Farry (Ed) of Florida; and also, Ty Bryant of Abilene and Gus Bryant of Hope.
The family suggests memorials be given to the Polycystic Kidney Disease Foundation or to the Mitch Bryant Memorial Fund.
