It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Polok (Hope, Kansas), who passed away on November 4, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Valentine "Wally" Polok and Emma Magdalen Polok (Schumer); and his siblings, Clarence Polok (Shirley), Theresa Klenda (Leonard), Margaret Gable (Art) and Vince Polok (Irene).

He is survived by: his wife Anna Pauline Montgomery of Hope; his children, Neil Polok (Kylee) of Hope and Regina Polok of Fairway, KS; his grandchildren, Sophie, Ava and Macy of Hope; and his sister-in-law Vivian Montgomery of Wichita. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial contributions in John's name may be directed to the St. Phillip Cemetery Fund or Dickinson County Home Health and Hospice.
