He is survived by: his wife Vicki Hogarty; his children, Christopher and Kelli Almes (Ryan) of Manhattan; his daughter-in-law Kai Gruber of Manhattan; his brothers, Walter and Rano Gruber of Hope; and his grandchildren, Ethan, Aiden, Abigail Gruber of Manhattan, Kendon and Della Almes of Manhattan.
