He is survived by: his daughter Jeaneice Looney (Dallas) of Holyrood, KS; his brother Ron Filbert of Gillette, WY; his grandchildren, Ashely Hoover, Amber Dabney (Corey), Anthony Hollis and Kaydon Looney; his great grandchildren, Westin Hoover, Madisyn Hoover and Audrey Dabney; and his grandson Max.
