He is survived by: his parents, Robert Mackey and Thelma Mackey (Davis) of Elk City, KS; his wife Caroline Waymaster; his sons, Wain Waymaster of Great Bend, KS and Ryan Mackey of Holyrood, KS; his stepdaughter Crystal Waymaster of Concordia, KS; his siblings, Doug Davis (Sandy) of Elk City, KS, Scott Mackey of Elk City, KS, Bobby Mackey and Nellie Sharland of Gatlinburg, TN; and his grandchildren, Bennett, Lilica Scrogmaster, Tallion, Otillia and Lyre Radden.
