Dowd, Jr. (Donella Hundley) of Topeka, KS and Marsha R. Dowd (Albert Ballard) of Holton, KS; her siblings, Ruth Novinger of Holton, KS, John Chiles (Glenna) of Holton, KS and Carl Chiles of Tallahassee, FL; and her grandchildren, Ciera Abdelmalek (Tadros), Breanna Pfannenstiel (Kyle), Emma Patterson (Kyle) and Libbie Lytle. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
