He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Bowser and Ina Bostwick Bowser; his wife Mildred L. Wenger; his daughter Linda Borders; and his brother Roy Eugene Bowser.
He is survived by: his children, Rusty Bowser of Otis, OR, Jerry Bowser (Mary) and Bonnie Hochstetler (Steven). He is also survived by many grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
