It is with great sadness that we announce the death of June A. Schlodder of Holton, Kansas, born in Netawaka, Kansas, who passed away on September 1, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Mabel Ferne Hallauer (Bohnenkemper); her husband Floyd Albert Schlodder; her father Roy Hallauer; her children, Virginia A. Brown and Gary D. Brown; her sisters, Lois A. Winterscheidt (Francis) and Donna L. Knudson; her twin-brother Gene A. Hallauer; and her brother Allen J. Hallauer.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen R. Ramirez (Lalo) of Topeka, KS, Darrell W. Brown (Margy) of Topeka, KS and Russell A. Brown (Carol) of Mesa, AZ; her stepdaughter Shirley M. Gray (Mike) of Las Cruses; her daughter-in-law Tracy Brown of Mesa, AZ; her brothers, Arnel R. Hallauer (Jan) of Ames, IA and Virgil J. Hallauer (Anna Jo) of Hiawatha, KS; and her siblings-in-law, Lee Knudson of Horton, KS, Brenda Hallauer of Basehor, KS and Donna Hallauer of Horton, KS. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
