He is survived by: his wife Betty Marie Lacey; and his children, Terry L. Kolbek (Debbie) of Topeka, KS, Michael Kolbek (Roxann) of Silver Lake, KS and Donna Griffin of Topeka, KS. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
