She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester A. Christie and Freda Christie (North); her daughter Debra Clark; and her siblings, Mildred Hill (Phyllis Rae Parker), Gail, Wayne (Patricia) and Homer Christie (Gloria).

She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia "Cindy" Butler (Tim) of Huntersville, NC; her son-in-law Gene Clark of Holton, KS; her grandchildren, Matt Clark, Christi Schumaker (Sam), Scott Butler, Kim Clark and Libby Dove (Dave); and her great grandchildren, Madison, Addyson, Comyn, Kara Schumaker, Bennett, Everett, Silas Butler, Monte, Brock Mitchell, Breckin and Aubrey Dove. She is also survived by 4 nieces and 2 nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mercer Funeral Home (1101 W 4th St, Holton, KS 66436). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the First United Methodist Church (1401 W 4th St, Holton, KS 66436). A burial was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at the Holton Cemetery (11999 Highway K16, Holton, KS 66436).
