He is survived by: his sons, Nathaniel Culver of El Dorado, KS and Daniel Culver (Amy) of Holton, KS; his siblings, David Culver of Pawnee City, NE, Bill Culver of Garden City, KS and Pepper Bowen of Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Braxton, Carleigh and Ember Culver.
