She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Wallace and Anna Mary Pinger (Dietz); her brothers, George Wallace "Wally" and Charles Edwin "Butch" Pinger; her granddaughter Jessie McKee; and her great grandchild Natalie Garner.
She is survived by: her husband William Leroy Garner; and her children, Lena Garner of Willis, KS, Sharon Pyles (Ben) of Topeka, KS, Linda Morfitt (Lonnie) of Whiting, KS and Troy Garner (Claudia) of Larkinburg, KS.
