He was predeceased by: his parents, George A. Stout and Carol Stout (Mallean); his daughter Erin Stout; his mother-in-law LaVonne Cook; and his grandparents, Henry and Lucile Mallean.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Cook; his father-in-law Dale Cook; his siblings-in-law, Shelley Wichman (Dave) and Alan Cook (Naldy); his cousin Tony Mallean (Laura); and his pets, Ava, Jasper and Chloe. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and other cousins.
In Lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established and will be designated later.
