With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elvin G. Hazen of Holcomb, Kansas, born in Holly, Colorado, who passed away on January 8, 2022 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Hazen and Florence Hazen (Wear); his siblings, Dorothy Cook, Billie Hazen, Bob Hazen, Everett Hazen, Darlene Wallace, Doris Ratzlaff and Dona Hazen; and his great grandchild Nicholas Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Lynda Hazen; his children, Christina Bonnette (John) of Syracuse, Lisa Lahoma White of Rock Falls, Fonda Hazen of Sterling, Illinois and Heath Hazen of San Diego, California; his grandchildren, Kimberlee Williams (Curtis), Loretta Bonnette, Heather Bonnette (Ron Jennings), Kenny Bonnette, Jordan White (Mahala), Joshua Stroup (Brooklyn), Jasmine Stroup, Lorenzo Hazen and Sofia Hazen; and his siblings, Ed Hazen of Brighton, Colorado and Della Pierce (GW) of Garden City, Kansas. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, & friends.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials given to Friends of Lee Richardson Zoo in care of the funeral home.
