She was predeceased by: her father E. M. "Shorty"; her siblings, Linda Unruh, LaDonna Lee, Ernest Dunn and Ray Lee; and her sons, Christopher David and Paul Richard.

She is survived by: her mother Mary Winter Lee of Garden City; her former husband Mark Herrell; her husband Ron Haas; her sons, Tim Herrell of Garden City, Frankie Herrell of Garden City and Willie Haas; and her brother Bob Lee (Jo) of Chanute.

In Lieu of Flowers, Memorial contributions may be given to the Carrie Haas Memorial Fund in care of the First Baptist Church of Holcomb 403 Emmanuel Drive, Holcomb, Kansas 67851.
