He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis E. Alberts and Arlene E. Alberts (Shore); his wife Wilma Smith; and his brothers, Michael and Ted Alberts.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Vance of Hoisington, Tammy Kite (Geoff) of Louisiana, Terri Madrid of Wichita and Jacqueline Rollins of Evergreen, Colorado; his siblings, Shawn Alberts (Melody) of Arapahoe, Neb. and Gerry Cutler of California; his close friend Rod Dilker of Hoisington; his grandchildren, Sasha Riedel, Trinity Vance, Memphis Vance, Travis Rollins, Carley Rollins, Amanda Kite, Tasha Kite, Geoff Kite, Jr., Marci Madrid, Talia Madrid and Joseph Madrid; and his great grandchildren, Bentlee Riedel, Carson Riedel, Arabella Snyder, Nicholas Snyder, Abby Kite and Baby Riedel.
