He is survived by: his daughter Cindy Blake of Great Bend; his grandson James Blake of Great Bend; his brothers, Bill Blake (Pat) of San Diego, Mike Asbury of Winfield and John Massey of Plymouth Falls, Oregon; and his former wife Joan Gardner. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
