He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Polzin and Dorothy Polzin (Schremmer); his wife Barbara Polzin; his sons, Kurt Polzin (Amy) of Lee's Summit, MO and Kelly Polzin; his granddaughters, Isabel and Tessa Polzin of Lee's Summit, MO; and his siblings, Thomas of Hoisington, Duane (Patricia) of Hoisington, Randy Polzin of Hoisington, Kevin Polzin of Galatia, Delphine Hickey (Bill) of Hoisington, Nancy Mater (Kenny) of Olathe and Charlotte Hahn (Joe) of Hanston.
